This is more valuable because by applying this way of cooking we can save lot more energy and use that energy on other things which demands more energy. People can manage to find their own firewood or even can buy for cheap as well, and that helps a lot on saving your hard earned money.
If we see the other side of them, we can find that these days money people and restaurant use them because of their natural flavor and taste comes in the cooked food, and they save and even make more money out of it. So we can surely some to a result that they are a great alternative for usual gasoline and electric stoves, they conserve energy and save money as well.
